I mean, the animation could've been a tad more fluid, even on the lowest quality setting.

The collision detection kinda sucks, the entire game is really choppy. A little bit more work on the game might've brought more succesful outcome, it obviously looks rushed and unpolished.

I've played better, this definitely does not defeat the par for flash games on any scale. You get a 6.

Overall, it's a pretty feel good experience.

Reminiscent of Nintendo's old games, really. Which is where the video game music game from, anyways. Besides this small thing, it's a pretty cool open-environment game.

The environment of the game, despite what alot of people say, has a lot to with how good the game is. If it's a colorful environment, it's a really upbeat and fun experience, if it's a dark, gloomy environment then it becomes more competitive and goal-oriented.

I enjoyed this game a lot, great and simple controls, simple obstacles, it really made my day. Thanks ;D

It's an okay game, the game lags a lot and can lose responsiveness quick. It isn't too graphically intensive, so the lag must be in the amatuer coding job.

While, the game does have okay visuals, it's nothing too pretty and there's, a lot of un-optimized graphics that also whore out processing power that could've also been used to speed up the game itself.

Besides these critical flaws that have, fundamentally, crippled and lagged down what could've been a great game. It was all right, you get a 6 for the months of effort to produce a mediocre fighting game.

At least you can only go up from here.

"Brilliant"

The story was a bit dry, but this is still pretty brilliant in terms of animation and production quality.

The song was very captivating and that, combined with the thrill of the chase style of animation with brilliantly detailed landscapes and trees made for a completely enjoyable experience.

The music was great, I need to get a CD of the people who play this, if such a thing exists, that is.

Wow, another instant and captivating classic by Adam Phillips, definitely exceeds our expectations and setting a new standard of excellence in terms of flash.

You're an inspiration to all the animators here at Newgrounds.

Mostly, since you don't know full english, but I can't blame you for that. I sympathize the entire situation where one needs to learn english to be appreciated.

The instructions are terrible, I have no idea what many of the things in the menus do. I try to build something, I *THINK* I have enough power to do, but then there are so many more variables like the population metre, yet I still get the "NOT ENOUGH RESSOURCES" message.

What you should've done is found somebody who was fully bilingual and got them to translate it in a collaboration, in place of doing it yourself, the gameplay is excellent however!

The language and the spelling errors really get on my nerves, there are plenty of Fully Bilingual English-French users on NG, just find them on the Flash Forums, Ciao!

Poorly executed though.

It would better if it wasn't so graphically intensive, and you tried to make it compatible with less powerful computers instead of being a dick and stating "YOU NEED A GOOD COMPUTER TO PLAY THIS, LOL!".

Firstly, nothing about this game, except the unreasonably hi-res imported graphics requires a good computer. Without those, the game would be good and run smooth even on the shittiest of shit PCs. Fix the imported graphics and make it so the game can run on most PCs.

Short : I should not need a $1000+ PC to play a FREAKING FLASH GAME, PERIOD.

"Good concept, mediocre and annoying game"

You need to update this to include the following features :

- Ensure that the enemy does not hit you every time that you pop up that he is shooting and make his firing capabilities realistic (He shouldn't hit you each time you pop up, rather have a relatively intricate aiming AI)
- Use a different key for weapon change (CAPS LOCK? C'mon...!)
- Possibly a strafing feature where you can step left and right
- Possibly make the game screen 1024 x 768 or 800 x 600, where the user can possibly switch between several mirrored copies of the game(Full Screen), it's been done before in a few flash games on NG, I see why not here. This could prove incredibly useful for shooting games so you don't shoot off screen which is a hassle.

Other than that then this game has huge potential.

It's something fresh and new, flatten out the bugs and give players the ability to deflect the guy then you'll have a A+ game!

I love this, it's awesome, how the screen of play moves with the grenade to the beautiful character animations.

The variety of weapons and artwork make this game orgasmic and incredibly pleasing to play.

I have one negativity and it's that the player sometimes get's lost in the clutter on screen occasionally, but this game - truly, so truly - is the best thing I've seen on NG.

I love the use of '30s New York Gangster style and the whole cats thing, providing a cute caricature of something morbid and violent.

I envy this masterpiece of yours, and if you do have a website where I can find more games and artwork, please - please, do share!

I can see there's a lot of the presence of some sorta influence from adam phillips here.

The story itself is pretty good, I reccommend to seriously overhaul your graphics here and you'll see your flashes become very popular, very fast.

You have a lot of potential.
